Confirmation and Reminder messages can be sent to customers who have an appointment created in the system.
Processing Notes
Confirmation messages are only sent when the appointment is confirmed in the Konnect Live system. If Enquiry Max is enabled then confirmation is automatic on receipt of an 'appointment created' trigger from the Enquiry Max Web Hook system.
Messages can be SMS or Email and are created as templates in the system and reused across various areas as required.
Reminder Messages are not sent if the appointment is created within the reminder window. In such cases only a confirmation message will be sent.
Confirmations and Reminders are deemed exempt from GDPR currently so they will be sent irrespective of any currently held GDPR settings for the customer.
Templates and Settings
For sales appointments there are further configuration options available which are visible in the 'Configuration > Sales Leads' menu item in Konnect Live.
Various event triggers are available and setting the template will enable that event and start the sending process.
