Voicemails are collected by the system from central mailboxes.
To have voicemails collected please ask for a voicemail email address to be set up.
Organise with your voicemail supplier to send the voicemails as an attachment to the above email address.
Configure he email address in Konnect Live.
All voicemail email addresses need to be set up in Konnect Live which instructs the system to collect and distribute accordingly.
To do this you need to a new contact address to a dealer department. This can be done by following the guide for updating Dealer Departments Helpdesk : Carbot AI (freshdesk.com)
