The Sales Appointment Overview page displays summary information about appointments within the Konnect Live system.
The appointments can be created in any of the following systems with appropriate set up:
Konnect Live
Konnect CJM
Enquiry Max
NOTE: Email and telephone appointments made in Enquiry Max are not processed into the Konnect Live system.
The screen can be accessed by clicking on the 'Appointments' menu item under the 'Sales Leads' section. For dealership users without 'DealerAdmin' access the 'My Appointments' option is the only option available. This will display the same screen as below but the data will be specific to the individual logged on users.
Dealership users with 'DealerAdmin' rights will be able to see data from their dealership and any other additional dealers the user has configuration access to.
The screen is displayed as follows:
Filtering is available through the top right hand drop down menus:
Filters can be combined to create the desired results. All date filters are currently based on appointment created dates. (A future update will provide dates showing appointment dates option in the filtering).
The top box configurations are as follows (for the currently set filters):
Appointments Box
Total: The total number of appointments in the system.
Customers: The total number of distinct customers that relate to the appointments. Some customers can have more than one appointment especially in large timeframes.
Source Box
ART: The total number of appointments (and split %) created by the ART team using Konnect CJM.
Dealer: The total number of appointments (and split %) created by the dealer using either Konnect Live or Enquiry Max (if configured).
Confirmations/Reminders
The number and split of confirmation and reminders sent. The split by email and SMS is also shown.
Attendance
The breakdown shows the available know attendance for all appointments in the timeframe that have an appointment date before 'today'.
Completed: This is set either directly in Konnect Live or via a ping back from Enquiry Max
Unknown: This occurs where the outcome of attendance is unknown as it is either it has not been set in Konnect Live or the system have not received appropriate notification from Enquiry max.
The grid data shows each individual appointment that has been selected by the filter. If the data is greater than 5000 records the system will return the top 5000 records only.
By clicking on the download icon: All records can be downloaded. This is only available to head office users and all downloads are logged for security purposes.
