Updating Dealer Department Contact Information

Dealer departments each can have their own set of contact information.


To update this contact information:


In Konnect Live select Configuration -> Dealer Departments from the menu structure and the following page will be displayed showing the existing communication details for each department for each dealer.




Select the edit icon next to the dealer department whose contact details you wish to change.


A pop up will display as shown below with any existing contact details associated with the dealer department. 



The bin icon  will delete a record from the list.


The following Contact Types are available:


Customer Facing Number - A number that is available to a customer to call and is sent out via communications or typically available on websites etc.


Hunt Group Number - A number available to the call centre for contacting the dealer department directly


Additional Number - Any other number associated with the dealer department


Voicemail Email Address - The email address where voicemails are sent which the system picks up and then processes automatically.


Website URL - A website address for this Dealer Department


Book Online URL - A website address where customers can book their car in.


Enter the Address details (phone number, email address or url) in the corresponding Address Box.


Finally for voicemails decide whether to send these to the contact centre (in CJM) or directly to the dealership (in Konnect Live) by clicking the button. This button toggles between the two states.


When you have finished the configuration click the 'Update' button.
