Sales Activities Auto Send to Enquiry Max

When completing a call the system will automatically decide whether to send any sales leads activities to Enquiry Max (if configured) of not.


The decision process is as follows


Firstly the system settings should be set for Enquiry Max Use


If they are, when completing a call the activities are grouped by the working dealer id.

    

For each group the following rules apply:


       - Only dealing with leads that are non historic in this call attempt.

  

If all the activities are complete and none are currently set to send to Enquiry Max then check the leads to see if any are 'Max Attempts Reached'. If they are, change one of them to be 'Max Attempts Reached - Sent to Dealer' which will process the activity over to the dealership.


AMENDMENT IN ADDITION TO ABOVE 22 Jun 2021

    If an activity has reached max attempts and it is in a campaign with 'Force Leads to Dealer...' set to true then IRRESPECTIVE of whether other activities are open or not it will be changed to  'Max Attempts Reached - Sent to Dealer' and processed onto the dealership.


   - Once the above has been processed, If there is a lead going to Enquiry Max from any type of outcome then:


Close off all other open leads for this dealer as 'Closed Other Activity Sent to Dealer'
