Summary
Sometime leads will not make it into Enquiry Max for various reasons so there is a retry facility. This will help now & in the future by making the integration overall more robust.
Details
In order to not overload anything it runs with the following parameters (which are configurable):
- If a lead has failed, the time of failure is recorded and it will be retried an hour later.
- This continues for up to 7 days, after which point we’ll just give up.
- The retry facility processes a batch of 10 failed leads from oldest to newest.
- The process runs once per minute.
