Overview
For agents to be able to automatically assign leads to themselves a mapping needs to be created between the Konnect CJM agent and the Enquiry Max user. This is simply achieved by entering the EnquiryMAX username for an agent against their agent record in Konnect CJM.
Link Konnect CJM Agent to Enquiry MAX User
Enter the EnquiryMax username for the agent in the Enquiry Max Username field.
As prompted, click the Check button to make sure the username exists in Enquiry Max and there are no typos.

Agent Lead Processing
The lead is auto assigned to the handling agent and is driven by outcomes. The outcome has to be an outcome that ‘Requires Dealer Processing’ and the Agent has to have their Enquiry Max username configured (as above).
