In each situation click on the edit button to change the campaign settings.
The following pop up will be presented with options as set out below:
Description: This is auto populated when creating a campaign and can be changed if desired. The description is shown on the live listing pages and throughout the system.

Max Callback Attempts: This is the maximum call attempts allowed by the system after which the activity will be set to 'Max Attempts Reached'
Will Accept Data From New Campaigns: When checked will allow the option of adding data to the campaign on upload. This still requires 'yes' to be selected when uploading the other campaign to merge into this campaign. This is usually used when re-uploading bad data.
Deliver Records with a ranking greater than or equal to: This setting will restrict from presenting all records below the value input. If set to zero the value is ignored and all records are presented.
The following are for Sales Campaigns Only and will not show for a service campaign:
Send Data for Dealer Prospecting: This sets the campaign data available for dealer prospecting in Konnect Live
Force Leads to Dealer if max Attempts Reached: This will override the default customer journey and force the leads in this campaign to go to Enquiry Max if they have reached max attempts irrespective of other open leads for the customer. See the following article about max attempts reached: Sales API - Max Attempts Reached
