Products in Konnect are used to give a base 'type' for imported campaigns.
A product has the template journey that is used when uploading a campaign to create a campaign journey.
After creating a product a user should also amend the Journey Template associated with the product. This will pave the way forward to having a common set of rules when uploading any campaign into the system for this product.
The 'Products' page can be found under the Config menu Item in Konnect Manager:
This will return a list of products currently available in the system:

Create New Product -See Creating a New Product page
Select this slider to see current products(default) or all products
Click on this icon to edit a product - See Amending a Product
