Visibility of Call Transfers

Overview

Call transfers show in the standard Konnect CJM Data Extracts and are identifiable by the outcome given to the original call.  They also show on the Konnect Live Connected Customer Timeline.


Data Extract Example

The data extracts show the original activity as completed and transferred.  A new activity is created in the 'other team' which will then have its own outcome.
