Live Person Activities Management View/Handling

The following screen can be accessed in CJM Manager under the 'Live Menu -> Live Chats'



The above page will show data that has arrived from Live Person from the R&D API. The data displayed will be all data arriving today and any activities that are in a state of 'New'.



Status Column


The Status flag will show the current state of the activity by displaying the colour from the following:


A description of each activity state can be found in the following article: Activity States


Agent Queue Column


    The agent queue column will show the agent the Live Person Chat is assigned too if a match has been found or the name of the agent the activity has been assigned too.


    If the column reads 'Assign to Agent' an agent can be chosen from the drop down menu and the activity will be pushed to that agent at the earliest opportunity.
