Live Person Agent Set Up

Agents can receive Live Person information from their chat direct into their working screen where they can complete extra tasks to complete the activity.


To enable an agent on Live Person they need to enter their Live Person user id (usually heir email address) into the Agent Setting as below.



NOTE: An agent does not have to be 'Chat Trained' to receive Live Person activities. Chat refers to Konnect CJM Chat which is other functionality.
