Konnect Feedback User Roles

There are 3 types of user role that control access to the Konnect Feedback system:

Contributor, Feedback Operator and Feedback Administrator.


Contributor

Any user of the Konnect Live system can contribute to the Feedback system by raising new tickets and providing further information as required.  As this is the default role for any user, the role is not explicitly required (and therefore not shown) in the user management popup.

Feedback Operator

The Feedback Operator role is the standard role for a contact centre user who needs to respond to and close tickets.  In addition a Feedback Operator can manage Ticket Categories and Users.

Feedback Administrator

The Feedback Administrator role is the same as the Feedback Operator role in terms of Ticket management but has the additional ability to manage System Settings.
