Summary
An agent is shown service plan data against customer vehicles. NOTE: A vehicle can have more than one service plan record.
New Service Plan Section
When a customer record is dequeued and presented for an agent to call, the system will fetch all service plans from EMAC and present a summary as in the screenshots below. A vehicle registration can have no plans, a single plan or multiple plans held in the EMAC system.
