Customer Care Area Configuration

Summary

An Area is a simple way of tagging or categorising Cases to your needs to help with searching and reporting., The system makes no decisions based on Area.


Areas List

The list of configured Areas is accessible from the menu item Areas.  New Areas can be created, existing Areas created and deleted from within this page.

Create / Edit an Area

Click Add New Area to add a new Area or click the edit icon in the grid to edit an existing Area.  The result is the popup shown in the screenshot where the Area Name can be edited.
