Summary
The Search page is primarily used to look for older Cases that aren't displayed on the Recent Cases page or to more easily find all Cases in a certain state.
Search parameters include:
| Search Parameter | Comments |
|---|---|
| Date | Single selection but range parameters are provided. |
| Category | Multiple selections can be may or All. |
| Area | Multiple selections can be may or All. |
| State | Multiple selections can be may or All. |
| Free Texr | All of the following fields will be searched: ID, Title, Dealer Names, Created By, Last Modified By, WIP |
